My Evidence Matters
CloudPets Data Breach
In 2017, Troy Hunt (a Cyber-Security Expert from Australia)
with his in-depth Blog and Podcasts, exposed:

1) the CloudPets Data Breach.
2) the extent of the data breach "(821,296 records) and 2,182,337 voice recordings;"
3) that the CloudPets data was accessed ... deleted ... and Ransomed 3 times; and
4) there were numerous attempts to contact CloudPets / Spiral Toys.

After Mark Meyers (the CEO of Spiral Toys) finally acknowledged the Data Breach, he sent a letter to the District Attorney of California.
This prompted Troy Hunt to update his blog, in order to, point out
21 Misrepresentations by Meyers
in that letter to the DA.

After CloudPets major Data Breach in February 2017, the compromised CloudPets product was sold at
99 cents stores where the CloudPets name was covered. See Troy Hunt's tweet dated March 20, 2017

The CloudPets Product also garnered the attention of Indiana's University Internet of Things (IOT)
House for the Security and Privacy in Informatics, Computing, and Engineering (SPICE).
According to the article by Jostre

"SPICE Pleased CloudPets Toys Removed
from Amazon and Ebay"

"SPICE began research on them [the CloudPets product] in 2017 as part of a year long undergraduate Capstone Research Project. The students found a myraid of security failings with the devices, based on their own research as well as research done at other schools."

"In class we ask the ethical question - what to do about these toys? If the manufacturer will not fix them, or even answer emails, then what can we do? We could show the problem to everyone on Amazon reviews demonstrating the actual hack which might scare some people away from buying the product, but at the same time it would only advertise the hack for those who might implement it against a child in the real world, Ethical disclosure and manufacturer responsibility is the cornerstone to a safer ecosystem, but CloudPets won't be a good community member."
-Joshua Streiff [according to LinkedIn was the SPICE/IOT Project Manager, Indiana University]

Spice team members who researched CloudPets were: John Kreiger, Wyatt Gaweda,
Michael Ferry, and James Bennett

If, in your opinion, you believe that My Evidence Matters and that The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals should REMAND this case back to the District Court, for a Jury to decide at Trial Please Share.
Thank you for taking the time to view my website My Evidence Matters.
The mission of this website is NOT to defame anyone or to say that anyone is guilty.
(That determination lies solely in the province of a jury at trial.)

The sole purpose of the website is that

and that My 7th Amendment Right to a Jury Trial has been violated.
