it stated, "See how Teddy brings families and loved ones closer together with revolutionary Cloud Technology. Send a message ..."

On the Front of my "Lots of Love Buddies" brochure
it states, "Creators of the revolutionary Lots of Love Buddies line of interactive toys."

as an example, of a song that could be downloaded onto the
LOL Buddy

and the same toy overseas "Toy-Fi Teddy"
On Toy-Fi Teddy's website
(which also has been DELETED)
it stated, "Lullabies Don't miss
Itsy-Bitsy Spider"

As stated above, Spiral Toys released "Toy-Fi Teddy" in Canada
and overseas in the U.K., Australia, (which are British Territories)
The song "Itsy Bitsy Spider" is actually the American version
The British Version of the song is called "Incy Wincy Spider"

If, in your opinion, you believe that My Evidence Matters and that The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals should REMAND this case back to the District Court, for a Jury to decide at Trial
